6. Content Contribution, Moderation and Approval Policy
Following this policy, the Labour Department provides a role based Content Management system. This CMS helps the website team in giving role specific access of administrator panel to different users. The web administrator will also be able to manage information specifically meant for internal use, which will be viewable to all members after the successful login. Admin can create the users by assigning him a particular role and module to which functions of a particular user are limited. These roles are:-
Creator:
These are the Content creatorís. Their responsibilities are to add/edit/delete respective content on the website and send it to for approval
Moderator:- Their responsibilities are to approve the content coming from the creatorís.

7. Web Content Review Policy:
Under this Policy, the Labour Department provides content review which would be covering those contents which need to be reviewed quarterly. This will help website team to ensure that the content may be edited, modified or removed from the main website. There will be an Archival system available on the website which will transfer the expired content in archives section as soon as it reaches expiry date.

8. Content Archival Policy:
Under this Policy, the Labour Department provides Archival Management to the Client which would be covering those contents which need to be stored in the archives. This will help website team to ensure that the expired content is removed from the main website. 9. Website Security Policy:-
This Website has obtained security clearance certificate before hosting this website in the State Data Centre. The new website will be audited by certifying agencies / empanelled auditor and all the vulnerabilities will be fixed. Upon completion, security clearance certificate of empanelled auditors will be obtained.

Under the website monitoring policy, Labour Department periodically monitors and fixes the quality and compatibility issues around the following parameters:
